We currently ship to:

  • Australia (nationwide)

We are currently only posting Australia wide, this may change in the future. 

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Typical delivery options may include:

  • Standard Shipping

  • Express Shipping

From time to time, free shipping promotions may be offered on qualifying orders.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

Australia Only

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
The Sparkle Theory is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will try to update it before dispatch.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
