Refund policy

1. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

If your order is damaged or incorrect please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.


4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is:

  • defective

  • damaged

  • incorrect due to our error

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Returned items due to change of mind will be issued a credit note for the order total (not including postage costs).

7. Exchanges

We currently replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

If you need a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original product.
